Local meal prep · collected at the gym
Real food from everywhere,
built around your macros.
Papa cooks a fresh menu every week — Punjabi curries, Greek slow-roasts, Thai, Korean, Caribbean — portioned for people who train. High protein, serious fibre, no powder-and-chicken misery.

Why it's different
Food you'd actually choose to eat, that happens to hit your numbers.
Most meal prep asks you to trade flavour for macros. This doesn't. The recipes came first — the portioning is what makes them work for training.
40g+
Protein in every main
Portions are built around a protein target first, then balanced out. Every figure on the menu is calculated from the actual recipe, not estimated.
8–21g
Fibre per meal
Lentils, beans, wholegrains and vegetables do the heavy lifting. The part of the diet most gym meal preps quietly skip.
0
Shortcuts in the pan
Whole spices toasted and ground in-house, masalas cooked out properly, lamb in the oven for four hours. Authentic first, macro-friendly second.

How it works
Three steps, one collection, no faff.

The menu drops Monday
Eight dishes, rotating each week — Indian and Greek classics plus wherever Papa's been cooking from lately. Full macros on every one.
- 02
Order before Thursday, 8pm
Pick your meals and pay online. The cutoff is firm — it's what lets the shopping and prep happen properly on Saturday.

Collect Sunday at the gym
Cooked Saturday, chilled overnight, handed to you at reception Sunday afternoon. Straight into your fridge for the week.
The community
Everything happens in the WhatsApp group.
New menu each Monday, a nudge before the Thursday cutoff, and a shout when collection opens on Sunday. It's also where people request dishes — half the menu started as someone asking for it.
Questions
The things people ask at the gym
Do you deliver?+
Not yet — everything is collected from the gym. Keeping it local is what keeps the food good and the price sensible. If enough people ask, a delivery run is the next thing on the list.
How long do the meals keep?+
Four days in the fridge from collection, or freeze them on the day you collect and they'll hold for two months. Every container is labelled with the date and the macros.
What if I miss the Thursday cutoff?+
The shopping list is locked in at 8pm Thursday, so late orders roll onto the following week's menu. Get on the WhatsApp group and you'll get a nudge before it closes.
Can you handle allergies or a specific macro target?+
Allergens are listed on every dish. For anything more specific — a cut, a bulk, an intolerance — message the group and Papa will sort your portions out.
Is it a subscription?+
No. Order the weeks you want and skip the ones you don't. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel.
Sorted for the week in about two minutes.
Pick your meals, pay, collect Sunday. That's the whole thing.
